John 10 : 14-18

14 I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, 
15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. 
16And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd. 
17 For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. 
18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.'  

John 6:38-40

38 For I have come down from heaven, tnot to do My own will,tbut the will of Him who sent Me.39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, tthat of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 

40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, tthat everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

John 15:16

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

John 6:67-68

67 Then Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you also want to go away?" 68But Simon Peter answered Him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.

John 14:1-3

1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am."

John 17:3

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
